2. Please fax the Out of Warranty Request Form to 847-813-6305       
3. The Hyundai Service Center will issue and send you a RMA Number.
4. If you do not have access to a facsimile machine, please call the Hyundai Service Center
       at 800-568-0060 (or 847-813-6300) on Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
       for other instructions.

Who the warranty protects:

This warranty is valid only for the first consumer purchaser .


What the warranty does not cover:

   1. Any product on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed.

   2. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:

           A.  Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or
                failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
           B.  Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by Hyundai ImageQuest.
           C.  Damage to or loss of any programs, data or removable storage media.
           D.  Software or data loss occurring during repair or replacement.
           E.  Any damage of the product due to shipment.
           F.  Removal or installation of the product.
           G.  Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure.
           H.  Use of supplies or parts not meeting Hyundai specifications.
           I.  Normal wear and tear.
           J.  Failure of owner to perform periodic product maintenance as stated in User Guide, such as failure
                to perform periodic cleaning of user-cleanable projector filters.
           K.  Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect.
           L.  Damage caused by static (non-moving) images displayed for lengthy periods of time (also referred to as "burn-in").
           M.  Damage to, or abuse of, the coating on the surface of the display.

   3. Removal, installation, and set-up service charges.

How long the warranty is effective:

CRT MORNITOR
HYUNDAI IMAGEQUEST AMERICA.(HIQA) Color CRT monitor products are warranted for three (3) years for parts, CRT and labor CRT models. Purchased on After April 1, 2005 are warranted for one (1) year parts, CRT and labor.

LCD MONITOR
HYUNDAI IMAGEQUEST AMERICA,.(HIQA) LCD computer display products purchased on warranted for three (3) years for labor and parts

LCD DIGITAL T.V
HYUNDAI IMAGEQUEST AMERICA,.(HIQA) LCD TV display products are warranted for purchased on one (1) year for parts, labor and LCD back light.

PLASMA DIGITAL T.V
HYUNDAI IMAGEQUEST AMERICA,.(HIQA) plasma displays are warranted for purchased on one (1) year parts and labor. The warranty for plasma displays does not cover panel damage caused by static (non-moving) images displayed for extended periods of time (also referred to as burn-in).

How to get the warranty service:

1.  For information on obtaining warranty service, Hyundai ImageQuest Customer Support telephone numbers are: 800-568-0060 in the U.S. and Canada; from outside. Please refer to the contact information located in each country's corresponding web site:

2.  To obtain warranty service, please contact Hyundai ImageQuest Customer Support for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). You will be required to provide:
       A.   A copy of the dated sales slip.
       B.   Your name.
       C.   Your address.
       D.   The serial number of the product.
       E.   A description of the problem.

NOTE:  Hyundai is not responsible for any returned product without an Assigned RMA number.
